Tax Reform Ideas

STOP.... Are YOU at risk?
who is STEALING your money!

People don't know how to cut spending if they don't know who is getting the tax money.

We need a taxpayers web site. It could collect salary information on public employees at the local level and county and state level.

There could be 4- columns:

Total Salary | Salary | Health and Pension Entitlement Comp. | Years Needed For Retirement | Annual Entitlement at the Trough

Besides being a source of information to taxpayers, this would be an easy and welcome 1-stop source for anyone campaigning on cost cutting to get a political job. There would be a lot of ammunition at this web source.

Taxpayers get heated about early retirement of public employees. Not withstanding their over compensation when compared with the private sector, the often 2O-years and out is an insult when the average job demands 45-years service before leaving the scene into retirement.

A little number crunching and sleuth might need to be involved in collecting compensation figures. Health, pension and annuities add a considerable amount.

The reoccurring cost of entitlement pay out for a non-productive service could and should scream out at taxpayers. Compensation for services rendered may need to be ballot issue instead of negotiated behind voters back. Either that or “public servants” need to be outsourced.
